A St. Vital Centre Giftcard is truly one-size-fits-all, and now it’s even easier to purchase one for anyone, and for any occasion!

 

Where can I purchase a St. Vital Centre Giftcard?

What amounts are available?

Giftcards are available in denominations of $5 to $500.

 

Can I return or exchange my Giftcard?

St. Vital Centre Giftcards cannot be returned or exchanged, but with our Giftcard accepted at nearly all of our shops and services, you're sure to find something great to spend it on! 

 

What happens if I don’t use my card, or if the person I gave it to doesn’t use it?

For Giftcards purchased after November 1, 2015, funds do not expire and there are no associated fees. 

For Giftcards purchased prior to November 1, 2015, fees may apply. After 12 months on non-use, a $2.50 account maintenance fee will be taken off of the card balance every month. Fee details are available for you to review in your cardholder agreement (received at the time of purchase for Giftcards purchased prior to November 1, 2015), and you can call or visit us at Customer Service if you have any questions.  

 

How much does it cost to purchase a Giftcard online, then ship or pick up?

There is no fee for pick-up! You can arrange to have your online order ready for you to pick up at Customer Service during Centre hours. Photo ID will be required.

Can't make it to the Centre? For faster service, we can send your order via Purolator. This services requires a $15 processing fee per transaction. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for shipping.

Due to the Canada Post strike we have suspended our regular lettermail option for online shipping until further notice.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

When will my online order be ready?

Please allow 3 business days for processing, plus appropriate shipping times (see above) if you have chosen to have the Giftcard delivered. 

 

Can you send a Giftcard directly to the person I bought it for?

We'd be happy to, as long as the Giftcard is valued under $150. We'll even include your message! However, all orders over $150 must be shipped to the purchaser.

 

How do I check the balance on my Giftcard?

Call 1-800-755-8608, or view your balance online at www.getmybalance.com.

 

What happens if my Giftcard is lost, stolen or damaged?

We’ll replace it if you have the original receipt for the purchase of the Giftcard, or you present us with the damaged Giftcard. The replacement Giftcard will be issued and activated in the amount of the available balance of the Giftcard account at the time when the replacement card is issued. What if I have a lot of money to spend on Giftcards, or want to order on behalf of a business?

Your recipients are lucky to have you! For orders over $2,999.99 please fill out the St. Vital Centre Giftcard order form, and either fax the completed form to 204.257.2311 or email it to Roxanne.Liivamagi@cushwake.com

Just a few! They include Dental Image, Dr. Lee, Dr. Crust, Montana's, Gateway Newstands, Koya Japan, Montana's, Mrs. Fields Cookies/Pretzelmaker, Tim Hortons, and seasonal tenants/kiosks.
